UHS String Orchestra:
Monday: 3:00pm – 5:15pm
Thursday: 4:30pm – 6:45pm
- UC-approved course
- Students receive 10 units of Fine/Performing Arts Credit per year
- One year course

UHS Concert Orchestra:
Monday: 5:30pm – 7:45pm
Wednesday: 5:00pm – 7:15pm
- UC-approved course
- Students receive 10 units of Fine/Performing Arts Credit per year
- One year course

UHS Symphony Orchestra:
Tuesday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am – 8:30am
- UC-approved course
- Students receive 10 units of Fine/Performing Arts Credit per year
- One year course

You may participate in UHS Athletics and in the UHS Orchestra program simultaneously in most cases.
University High School was the first high school orchestra to perform in the Orange County Performing Arts Center in 1994. Graduates from the UHS Symphony matriculate to the top music schools in the country including, USC, Harvard, Eastman, Julliard, and UC Berkeley.
